Admin Hub
Overview
The Admin Hub is the central command center for company administrators to configure all aspects of their organization in Leadline. It controls everything from user roles and permissions to branding, integrations, and workflow configuration — establishing the foundation on which the rest of the platform operates.
→ See 101 - Platform-Links for the direct link to the Admin Hub.
What is the Admin Hub?
The Admin Hub is a dedicated area within Leadline where company administrators can configure all aspects of their organization.
Who Has Access to and Can Make Changes in the Admin Hub?
Only company administrators have access to the Admin Hub. If you are not a company administrator, the Admin Hub option is hidden from you entirely and cannot be accessed.
→ See 124 - User-Roles for more information on user roles and what company administrators have access to.
Why Does the Admin Hub Exist?
The Admin Hub exists so that company administrators can configure their organization's settings, user roles, and permissions — both before rolling the platform out to all users and on an ongoing basis after deployment to maintain an organized and consistent system. It serves as the central command center for ensuring that all non-admin users have a unified and defined experience across the platform.
→ See 124 - User-Roles for more information on user roles and permissions.
Where Do I Access the Admin Hub?
You must be listed as a company administrator to access the Admin Hub. Click on your initials at the top right of the screen — the last menu item will read "Admin Hub." If you are not a company administrator, this option is not visible.
How Do You Manage Users in the Admin Hub?
→ See 1113 - Add-User for instructions on how to add users to the platform.
→ See 1114 - Remove-User for instructions on how to remove users from the platform.
What is the Difference Between User Roles and User Permissions?
A user role is a set of permissions configured for a specific group of users. User permissions are the individual settings within a role that define what a user in that role can and cannot do within the platform. Roles are the template — permissions are the individual controls that make up that template.
→ See 124 - User-Roles for full details on what user roles are and how they are structured.
→ See 125 - User-Permissions for full details on what user permissions are and how they differ from roles.
What Pages are in the Admin Hub?
The Admin Hub contains twelve pages. Each page is responsible for a specific area of your organization's configuration:
- Organization Information — manage your organization name, company description, branding, and Brands
- Billing Information — view billing details including invoices and your current subscription plan
- Users and Security — view and manage users, configure Single Sign-On, set up identity providers, and view login activity

- Workflows — view and manage hiring workflows including stages, automations, and user assignments
- Position Tags — view and manage Position Tags available for use across your organization's Positions

You can also create and manage Brands — the candidate-facing identities assigned to Positions. Each Brand consists of a Brand Name and a Brand Icon.

What Can You Configure in the Users and Security Tab?
You can view how many users your subscription includes and how many of your purchased allotment have been used. → See 1103 - Configure-Branded-Email for instructions on configuring branded emails and custom domains.
What Can You Configure in the Branded Sign-In Tab?
