Set Default Brand
Overview
This playbook covers how to set a Default Brand for newly created Positions in Leadline — both for Positions created manually within the interface and for Positions created via ATS Integration sync. You must be a Company Administrator to complete this action.
Note: Contact your Company Administrator for access to the Admin Hub if you require permissions to set a Default Brand within your organization.
→ See 132 - Brands for full product knowledge on Brands and how Default Brands work.
Method 1 — Set a Default Brand for Positions Created in Leadline
- Navigate to Admin Hub > Organization Information > Brands.
- Within the table, locate the Brand you wish to set as the Default.
- Click the "Actions" button in the last column of the table to display a dropdown menu.
- Click "Set as Default".
- A "Default" tag will appear next to the Brand name in the table confirming it has been set as the Default.
The selected Brand is now the default value automatically pre-selected when creating new Positions within the Leadline interface.
Method 2 — Set a Default Brand for Positions Created via ATS Integration Sync
- Navigate to Admin Hub > Integrations.
- Locate your connected ATS Integration and click the Integration Settings icon (gear icon on the card).
- Navigate to the Job Sync Settings tab within the drawer.
- Locate the "Automatically Assign Brand" input.
- Use the select input to choose the Brand you want to automatically assign to all Positions created via the ATS Integration sync.
- Click the "Save" button at the top right of the drawer.
The selected Brand is now automatically assigned to all new Positions created from the connected ATS Integration sync.
Note: Unless configured manually after the initial ATS Integration setup, the Default Brand set in Method 1 will be used as the default for Positions created from connected ATS Integrations.
