Edit Brand

Overview

This playbook covers how to edit an existing Brand in Leadline. You must be a Company Administrator to complete this action.

Note: Contact your Company Administrator for access to the Admin Hub if you require permissions to edit Brands within your organization.

→ See 132 - Brands for full product knowledge on Brands and how they work.

→ See 102 - Admin-Hub for more information on the Admin Hub and how to access it.

How Do I Edit a Brand?

  1. Navigate to Admin Hub > Organization Information > Brands.
  2. Within the table, locate the Brand you wish to edit.
  3. Click the "Actions" button in the last column of the table to display a dropdown menu.
  4. Click the "Edit" option to enable the input field in the table.

Important: Changing a Brand name will update its display on Landing Pages, Positions, and within the {{Brand}} Smartline used in manual or automated candidate communications. Double-check your changes before saving. Updates may take a few minutes to appear depending on how many Positions use this Brand.

  1. Use the input field in the table to update the Brand name to the desired new name.
  2. (Optional) Click the circular image/logo to the left of the input to update the icon or logo for the Brand. This icon will be automatically used for OG Metadata properties — such as the favicon on browser tabs and icons within Match and Not-a-Match Pages.
  3. Click the "Save" button on the right side of the table.

Your Brand is now successfully updated and ready to be used for your Positions.
