View Positions By Brand

Overview

This playbook covers how to view all Positions assigned to a specific Brand. There are two methods — one via the Admin Hub (requires Company Administrator access) and one via the Positions page (available to all users with access to the Positions page).

Method 1 — View Positions by Brand via the Admin Hub

Note: This method requires Company Administrator access to the Admin Hub. Contact your Company Administrator if you need access.

1. Navigate to Admin Hub > Organization Information > Brands.
2. Within the table, locate the Brand whose assigned Positions you want to view.
3. Click the "Actions" button in the last column of the table to display a dropdown menu.
4. Click "View Assigned Positions".
5. A new browser tab will open to the Positions page with the "Brands" filter automatically applied for the selected Brand.

All Positions with that Brand assigned are now displayed in the table and ready for next steps.

Method 2 — View Positions by Brand via the Positions Page

This method is available to all users regardless of permissions.

1. Navigate to the Positions page.
2. Click the "Apply Filters" button to open the filters drawer.
3. Add the "Brands" filter.
4. Use the select input within the filter to choose the Brand or Brands you want to filter by.
5. The table will update in real time as you select Brands — no save button is required.
6. Once you have selected the desired Brands, close the filters drawer to view the results.

All Positions with the selected Brand or Brands assigned are now displayed in the table.
