How Do I Apply Filters to a Position View?
-
- Navigate to the Positions Page and open the View you want to filter.
- Click the "Apply Filters" button — located at the top left of the table.
- The Filters drawer opens and is split into two sides:
- Left side — displays filters that are currently applied to the View along with their configured criteria
- Right side — displays all filters available to apply to the View
- Click a filter on the right side to add it to the View. It will move to the left side.
- On the left side, use the inputs to configure the criteria for each applied filter. Filters are applied to the View in real time — the table updates automatically as you configure them.
- Close the drawer when finished. Filters are saved automatically.
To review or adjust active filters at any time, click "View Applied Filters" displayed above the table when filters are active.
To remove all filters from the View at once, click "Clear Filters".
Note: Date-based filters support two modes — Exact Date (a specific date range) and Relative Range (Last 7 Days, Yesterday, Today, or a custom number of days). Relative filters automatically update based on the current date each time the View is loaded — making them especially useful for saved Views that should always reflect current data.
