Configure Position View Columns

Overview

This playbook covers how to configure which columns are displayed within a Position View. Column preferences are saved per View and persist across sessions.

Note: Position Name and Location is always the first column and cannot be removed or moved. Integration columns are only available if a connected ATS Integration is configured on your account.

How Do I Configure the Columns Displayed Within a View?

1. Navigate to the Positions Page and open the View you want to configure.
2. Click the "Edit Columns" button — located at the top right of the table.
3. The Edit Columns modal opens displaying two sections:
   • Left panel — available columns not currently displayed in the table, organized by Leadline columns and Integration columns
   • Right panel — columns currently displayed in the table in their current order
4. To add a column — click a column name in the left panel or use the search input to find it. It will move to the right panel.
5. To remove a column — click a column name in the right panel to move it back to the left panel.
6. Click "Ok" to apply your changes.

Your column configuration is now saved for this View and will persist across sessions.
