Reorder Position View Columns

Overview

This playbook covers how to reorder columns within a Position View. Column order is saved per View and persists across sessions.

Note: Position Name and Location is always the first column and cannot be moved. Integration columns cannot be placed before the divider that separates Leadline columns from ATS Integration columns — they can only be reordered within the integration section.

How Do I Reorder Columns Within a View?

1. Navigate to the Positions Page and open the View you want to configure.
2. Click the "Edit Columns" button — located at the top right of the table.
3. In the Edit Columns modal, locate the right panel which shows the currently displayed columns in their current order.
4. Click and hold the drag handle (⠿) to the left of any column name in the right panel.
5. Drag the column to the desired position within its section and release.
6. Click "Ok" to apply your changes.

Your column order is now saved for this View and will persist across sessions.
